Joining Walker and Joy on today’s podcast is Dr. Barb Woegerer, ND, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and health advocate who has a clinical focus and passion in women’s health, stress management, inflammation, nutrition and a love for magnesium, which they talk about extensively here today.
